4 MODES OF OPERATION: Take advantage of higher accuracy by selecting a mode before taking temperature measurement readings. Each mode uses a different algorithm to measure temperature: Adult forehead, Child forehead, Ear and Object.
CARRYING CASE INCLUDED: life2O Infrared Thermometer is completely handheld and portable. It also comes with a carrying case so it is very easy to use at home or take to work and then store it safely in the carrying case until it is time to use it again.
HIGH ACCURACY THERMAL SCANNER: The IR Thermometer is equipped with a high accuracy probe that works different for children and adults. Once child forehead mode is selected, the thermometer uses a secondary algorithm as children’s steady-state temperature tends to be higher when compared to adults.
Probe Must Have Direct Line-of-Sight to the Ear Drum:
Remove the back magnetic cover to display the ear probe. Unless it has a direct line-of-sight to the eardrum, only the inner canal temperature will be measured. Follow the figure on the next to have a direct line-of-sight to the eardrum.
IMPORTANT TIPS: Know the person’s temperature when they are healthy so you have something to compare to. Children have a slightly higher normal temperature compared to adults. Use a q-tip with alcohol to clean the probe lens regularly.

FOREHEAD OR EAR
For forehead use, simply point 0.5 – 3 inches from the forehead and click to read the results in 1 second. For inner ear, remove the magnetic cover on the back to display the ear probe. For infants 1 year-old or younger pull the ear back to straighten out the ear canal or the readings will come up low. For infants older than 1 year and adults, pull the ear up and back.
AUTO-OFF & MEMORY
life2O Infrared Thermometer has a unique battery saving feature and ability to recall the previous measurements. The system will turn itself off automatically 10 seconds after a measurement is made in order save batter life. Additionally, the thermometer will record the previous 40 measurements so you can track your fever and take action if needed.
OBJECT TEMPERATURE
Once the thermometer is set to Object Mode, you can take high-accuracy temperature measurements of practically any surface or liquid, just point and click! This is the first test strip product I found that provides a lot of strips for a very low price. Most tests are like 3 for $11. I like to test more than once without worrying about a high price. It works well. I was glad I read that the ph strip is supposed to be orange. I thought it was defective. A truly helpful and useful product a a price point that makes it useful. I usually don't say this but thanks!

Very accurate. I took a urine sample from my wife knowing that she has an urinary tract infection and the strip showed that condition accurately. Also the ph level between me and my wife was different, as I expected, due to I'm following an alkaline diet. My ph reading was higher than hers. Definitely recommend it!
